What we store
Your business details, the people on your waiting list and in your contacts, your bookings, and the slots you have offered. Nothing more.
Who can see it
Only the people you invite to your business. Every record is tied to your business and cannot be read by another business using Keepfilled.
Messages to clients
Offers are sent from your own WhatsApp. We store the offer, the link and whether it was taken. We never message your clients on our own.
Keeping it safe
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in can be protected with two-factor authentication from Settings.
Deleting your data
You can delete contacts and bookings at any time. Write to hello@keepfilled.com to close your account and have everything removed.
